Instead of doing it all the same color i decided to do the top of it with white then cordinate the shoulder straps with the bottom of the dress. Its prefect for valentines day and great to show off for summer/spring. I added a purple ribbon for about waist area and its just the prefect little bow.
Prefect little corduroy Jumper and short set i made my daughter that is going to be 3 next week. I used snaps instead of regular buttons for the top. The material is lightweight and just right, not to thick and not to heavy for her little self.
The dog coat is fleece. Our dog is supporting my hubbys team. I myself do not like sports lol but the dog however loves to wear it.
A dog coat is the best thing to give the furry kid extra warmth in this horriable freezin weather we have had lately.
So i decided to make my daughters new cabbage patch doll a coat. The arm holes are kind of hard to sew in with the sewing machine. Because of how tiny they are and the material only streches so far. Instead of doing buttons i did a tie because when my daughter gets a little bigger and can cordinate better, ill be teaching her to tie. She already does well on buttons somewhat.
The pattern was simple as can be works great with all kinds of fleece. I think the next one i do will have a lace on the trims.
